Weekly weigh-in 9/3/14...

Today I'm starting a new weekly weigh-in. 

Although the number on the scale is about 5 pounds inflated due to a few extra drinks and bad food choices over the last new days, it is what it is and I will work my way down from here. 

And so it begins.....again!!

I plan on tracking my food and activity on the following sites-

Food- MyFitnessPal
Training- DailyMile - going to start using DM again as of today :)
Activity- Fitbit 

I also plan on taking full body progress pics soon and then every few weeks in order to track non scale progress.
