Weekly Recap 5/12- 5/18...



Monday- 50.5 mile ride done

    • 17.1 mph
    • Consumed 420 calories + 100 plus ounces of water
      • 1 bottle of On Performance Amino Energy
      • 2 Gu Roctane at mile 17 and 42
      • 1 pack or Honey Stinger Chews at mile 29
      • and 1 powdered Gatorade pack in water at mile 34
    • I am just knocking these goals out. I had planned on riding this past Friday but I decided to take a rest day instead that way I would be rested to run on Saturday. I dropped the girls off and headed to the trail and got to riding as quickly as possible. I rode north into Hernando county and turned around at the 17 mile mark, then headed south past my starting point and went into Starkey park until I hit 42 miles and  made my final turn around. I felt good throughout but obviously tired, apparently 3 hours on the bike will do that to you.  



















Tuesday- 

    • Quick 2.7 mile run with Mica
    • 1.84 mile ride with Arya 

Wednesday- 

    • 3.45 mile solo run at 10 am
    • 10 mile ride 

Thursday-Off

Friday-Off

Saturday- 

    • 2.24 mile run with Arya on the dirt road

Sunday- I had a lot of little workouts today

    • 2 mile treadmill run @1% incline
      • .5 mile warm up
      • 1.5 mile PT baseline run to get a time to improve on 14:45
    • 2 mile ride with Arya down the dirt road
    • 1 mile 30 pound rucksack walk to get a time to improve on 17:0

Weight update: Two weeks in and I'm down 9.6 pounds so far!!
