Starting Over-ish (new goals)

I have faced reality concerning the weight I have gained and the fitness I have lost, now it's time to make some goals to work on while I get the weight off.

Obviously I could just say I want to-
  • Lost 40+ pounds
  • Run faster
  • Bike faster
  • Etc...
But I need some smaller more obtainable/ concrete goals to work towards. I will start with the following and decide where I want to go from here.

Weight-loss

  • Lose 7 pounds = 195
  • Lose 5 pounds = 190
  • Lose 5 pounds = 185
  • Lose 5 pounds = 180 
  • Lose 5 pounds = 175 
  • Lose 5 pounds = 170 

Running

  • Run 5 miles
  • Run 10 miles
  • Run 5 miles sub 10:30 pace
  • Run 5 miles sub 10:00 pace
  • Run 5 miles sub 9:30 pace
  • Run 5 miles sub 9:00 pace

Cycling


  • Cycle 
    • 30 miles
    • 40 miles
    • 50 miles
    • 75 miles
    • 100 miles
  • Cycle 20 miles >18 mph
  • Cycle 20 miles >19 mph
  • Cycle 20 miles >20 mph

 I will update this list as I achieve them and add more goals as I go.
