Goal Update 5/19...

13 days in and I have knocked off another goal, I am now up to 5/20 complete. If this week goes as planned I will have another weight-loss goal and running goal marked off by the end of the week.  


Weight-loss

  • Lose 7 pounds = 195
  • Lose 5 pounds = 190 < a few more days and I'll kill this one
  • Lose 5 pounds = 185
  • Lose 5 pounds = 180 
  • Lose 5 pounds = 175 
  • Lose 5 pounds = 170 

Running

  • Run 5 miles Done 5/11 with Diego 
  • Run 10 miles < Diego and I have a 10 miler planned for this coming Sat
  • Run 5 miles sub 10:30 pace
  • Run 5 miles sub 10:00 pace
  • Run 5 miles sub 9:30 pace
  • Run 5 miles sub 9:00 pace

Cycling


  • Cycle 
    • 30 miles Default because I just jumped up to 40 miles.
    • 40 miles Done 5/7 
    • 50 miles Done 5/12
    • 75 miles
    • 100 miles
  • Cycle 20 miles >18 mph
  • Cycle 20 miles >19 mph
  • Cycle 20 miles >20 mph

 I will update this list as I achieve them and add more goals as I go.
