  • 4.25 miles on the dirt road - 10:19 pace  
Tuesday- Cross train
  •  20 mile bike ride - 18.0 mph pace
Wednesday- 4 miles + light weights
  •  4 miles - 9:16 pace
Thursday- 5 miles easy
  •  5 miles - 9:27
Friday- off
  • off but I worked on our yard for 2+ hours
Saturday- 2 miles easy
  • 2 miles - 8:53 pace
Sunday- IronGirl Half-Marathon
  • 2:20:41 - 10:52 pace
  • 20 mile ride - 17.7 mph avg

Thoughts
I am really happy with my training this week, twice I ran faster than I ever have. The race on Sunday was tough with all of the bridges and because I didn't train for it properly but it is done.
