Measurement Monday 2/4/13...




Monday -

  • 1 mile cool-down- 9:47 - not exactly a cool-down

  • Best Damn Race Half-Marathon 13.1 miles - 2:16:30 = PR-10:24
Sunday-
  • 15 mile ride - 18.0 mph

Thoughts
Overall mileage is low but I got a half-marathon PR so I'm happy with that. The trampoline class really worked a lot of small muscles and left me sore for the second half of the week. I think I'm going to change my 70.3 entry to the Oly distance so I can focus more on school and my 13 in 2013 challenge.  

Lessons learned this week
Don't take a new fitness class 4 days before a race!!

I have not done a good job the last two weeks sticking to eating well so I'm going to put more effort into improving these number by the 18th.
