Measurement Monday 2/18/13...




Monday -
  • 3 miles at the Rock-n-Roll shake out party- 9:59 pace
Tuesday-
  • off- Emma was sick so I had to skip school and take her to the Dr.
Wednesday-
  • 6x800 on the treadmill 4.5 miles
  • The first 2 were at a 9:00 pace with negative splits with a the final 800 at 8:34 pace
Thursday-
  • 90 long minutes on the spin bike 
  • Weights
Friday-
  • 4 miles on the treadmill at a 10:30 pace
Saturday- 
  • 10 mile bike ride- I was getting sick and it was extremely windy so I called it quits.
Sunday-
  • 10 miles at 5am while sick - 10:18 pace but one I got back to the car the coughing started and I have been sick since then.
Totals
Swim - 0
Bike -  32 - 22 on the spin bike and 10 outdoors
Run -   21.5
Strength- 1

Thoughts
Being sick sucks and having sick toddlers really sucks, I'm hoping I get over this quickly but so far it's sticking around.

I really need to rearrange my workout schedule to fit the days I have Emma home with me.
