2013 Goals...

 Goals, Goals, Goals

I have a lot of them this year, both fitness/race goals and those related to the kids, school, and home improvements. 

  • Run thirteen 13.1's in 2013
  • Finish Ocala HITS 70.3 and be proud of my accomplishment
  • Complete a century bike ride
  • Sub 2:10 in a half-marathon/ Sub 28:00 5k 
  • Go trail running
  • Do and endurance obstacle race
  • Training ride over 20 miles >20 mph avg
  • Training run of 5 miles < 9:00 avg pace
  • Try cross-fit 
  • Lose 25 pounds
  • Wear real running shorts
  • Run > 1,000 miles 
  • Cycle >  4,000 miles
  • Finish my last 7 classes 
    • Bio Chemistry
    • Writing Intensive 
    • Cell Biology
    • Determinative Bacteriology
    • Immunology
    • Two semesters of a foreign language (or test out)  
  • Apply to clinicals 
  • Repaint the front door and replace the screen door
  • Repaint the kitchen
  • Put new tile in the kitchen
  • Properly install crown molding in the kitchen
  • Build a well house
  • Put plants around the side of the house  

Feel good goals
  • 13 nice gestures or more
  • Donate blood 5 times
  • Volunteer at a race
  • Sponsor a Strider social hour
  • Go on a real date night with James once a month
  • Sleep at least/only 7-8 hours a night 
  • Sell my old QR
  • Sell the Barracuda
  • Help plan my Niece Kaitlin's wedding 
So there you have it my 2013 goals, I plan on adding more as I think of them but I wanted to put this out there so I'm motivated to get started and make 2013 a great year.
