I sleep like crap last night and decided to skip a 4:30am wake up call to lift weights with James, instead we both slept in until 6am. I got him to take the girls to school in exchange for me picking them up since this is my last day off of school without them. I went back to bed for a few hours and when I got up I was ready to get my run over with. It was already hot and humid so I took a few breaks to catch my breath and to think about how out of shape I'm in. Yeah I'm in trouble if I don't get on track with training.
