I was going to post today and say how I have a new favorite smoothie. But after having two in one day it seems I'm allergic to large amounts of cinnamon. I guess will stay away from it for a few days and then try again to see what happens but I'll be super bummed if I can't make this smoothie anymore. Well here is the recipe anyhow.
Pumpkin pie smoothie
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup milk- I used silk vanilla soy milk
a dash of all spice
1 tsp cinnamon- I guess this is where I went wrong.
Oh and to add a nice crust like addition to your smoothie add a handful of granola.
