This stuff rocks.
I have decided to try their 14 day challenge. I'm not going to follow the menu exactly but I'm going to use some ideas. My main goal is to actually keep a food journal and see if I can control/improve my eating habits by watching the trends in my food choices and moods.
I also got a 3 mile run in tonight with a 9:49/mi pace so that's something to be happy about. I forgot my heart rate strap at home and then in started raining I was so temped to stop and call it a 2 mile run and make it up later but I stayed strong and finished my scheduled workout.
