My weight is slowing me down...

So I am realizing that the extra weight I still need to lose is really slowing me down. I have maintained my weightloss for a while now but now I'm going to start actively trying to lose weight again. I found a new marathon training plan I am going to follow even though my plan is to to run a half in Feb. I think I need a challenge and this plan seems like it will hopefully fit with my school schedule. I'm also planning to do another month long vegan diet to see if it boosts my energy like it did when I tried it back in September.
